Summary: This paper presents a study proposal of hybrid energy matrix for the Comandante Ferraz Antarctic Station (EACF). The research covered the Brazilian Station energy diagnosis, the assessment of local renewable potential and performance simulation of possible solutions of Wind-Solar-Diesel matrixes. Was conducted a review of energy solutions adopted in Antarctic stations, the EACF energy diagnosis, the potential of local energy surveys and the analysis of hybrid energy matrices topologies. The survey of local energy potential assessed the potential use of solid waste, cogeneration, wind power and solar energy. As a main result, it is proposed a hybrid Diesel-Wind-Solar energy matrix, with the use of cogeneration, that allows operation without using batteries. The reduction in consumption expected for the proposed matrix is 37%, a savings of 131,413 liters of diesel per year.
